1. Differentiate a “Tell” from a “Hotspot” by pointing out similarities and significant differences between the two.
2. If you were an employer, what is the best way to prevent your company employees from forming a union? Explain.
3. Unions are made to protect the rights of employees. Are there any instances wherein the union becomes the source of unfair practice? Explain one situation of unfair practice by the union towards the employer, and one situation of unfair practice by the union towards other employees.

1. A hotspot is an unintended facial expressions that seem to be at odds with what someone is saying. While a Tell can be deliberate or intentional body gestures and can be with a malicious intention. It is believed that a Tell can be dangerous in a way that it is planned and intended to be acted upon by the doer.
TumugonBurahin2. A union is formed because of the fact that the employees is having a feeling that they are not important to the company and they do not receive what they think they are worth. So, if I will be an employer I would find motivation-giving strategies and the best thing maybe is to make the employees feel that they contributed to the company's growth.
3. One instance is spending too much for the union members than what is really necessary. ex. A resort built for union members.
1. To differentiate a “tell” from a “hotspot" A Tell is an intended way of doing something which can be malicious or dangerous to the other person. While, a Hotspot is an unintended way of facial expression which can be easily to determine whether a person is lying based on what gestures that he portray which is also connected to what the person says. Both facial expressions can help us to determine the true feelings of each person that we've encounter in our everyday life.

If I will be an employer in a company, to get the sympathy of the employees, First, I would conduct regular meetings with my employees and allow them to express their concerns about the work environment, wages, benefits and other issues. Further, respond to the concerns raised. Second, I will assure that the company's wages and benefits are competitive with those of other companies in similar industries. Paying my employees less can make the firm vulnerable to union organizing efforts. In addition to that, I will make sure that the company's bookkeeping follows all applicable laws and regulations and Third, the company need to adjusts or revise some policies as needed to ensure fair treatment of all workers. Then, I will communicate openly with my employees, through explaining the view as to why the workplace does not need a union and lastly, I’ll Summarize the benefits, policies and corporate culture that make the company a good place to work. That’s all the best way that is applicable to assure the satisfaction of an employee’s in a company.

One of the instances of union unfair practices for employees is when the union founder is not handling properly the money that is came from to the union members, for spending too much in unimportant things. For instances of union unfair practices for employer is when the union members build a strikes and the employer did not notice that they are not working and because of that, it will cause a big problem which can be the company’s operation is shutting down and may suffer the profit of the company.
1. A tell is an act that is planned, intended to intimidate or frighten a certain person. It is sometimes malicious and dangerous towards the intended person. On the other hand hotspot is a generalized act, it is not intended for a certain person. it may sometimes misinterpreted but the person doing this doesnt mean to hurt a specific person.

If i were an employer. i will researh on all the rights of an employee, most especially all the government mandated rights. i will provide my employees all the rights they deserve as much as i can. I will have a regular conversation with so that i will be updated with their thoughts. I will also conduct meeting and seminars to improve the performance of my employees. I will treat all the employees fairly.
3. There are instances that union can become a source of unfair practices between both parties. on the employer side, some employees become abusive in the rights they think they deserve and with this wrong thoughts they form their union to fight for what they think is right. On the employees side, some employees become greedy and abuse some poor employees and doesnt give some right they deserve to have
