The 2 characteristics of Sherlock Holmes as a critical thinker, is that he only based on evidence rather than personal preference and also deferring his judgment when evidence is insufficient on the movie of Sherlock when the villain appeared again he was shock because that villain is already dead because of death sentence he tries to investigate again regarding on how it happened, the second characteristic of Shelock Holmes is practicing restraints, controlling their feelings rather than controlled by them and thinking before acting. For me the reasons why I choose Elle Woods, Emmett Richmond and Professor Stromwell is that first, Elle Woods study hard and impresses her professors and classmates in many occasions, proving herself enough for Vivian to consider her a threat and wins an internship with Professor Callaha, as do Warner and Vivian. Emmett Richmond who became friend of Elle in her first day at school, to defend Brooke Taylor-Windham, a famous fitness instructor accused of murdering her much older billionaire husband, Hayworth Windham. Elle believes that Brooke is innocent, but brooke’s stepdaughter, Chutneym and the householdcabana boy say she is guilty. The case againts Brooke begins to weaken when Elle deduces that the cabana boy is gay after her correctly identifies Elle’s shoe style. Callahan brushes of Elle’s opinion as ridiculous but during the cross-examination, Emmett tricks him into iddentifying his boyfriend in court, proving that his testimony about having an affair with Brooke was a lie. Professor Stromwell who once removed Elle from her class for being unprepared, helps reinvigorate Elle because she decided to leave law school.

1. Sherlock Holmes in Sherlock Holmes- Holmes is known for his astute logical reasoning, his ability to adopt almost any disguise and his use of forensic science to solve difficult cases. In the movie I watched, he was able to predict future actions or events and he can quickly plan for what is he going to do. In early 1881, he is presented as an independent student of chemistry with a variety of very curious side interests, almost all of which turn out to be single-mindedly bent towards making him superior at solving crimes.
Detective Conan in Detective conan the movie – As a young detective he was like the Sherlock Holmes of Japan. He solves all the case that they encounter on their way, and h can easily conclude what really happen by using simple evidences, and observing the suspects. Shinichi Kudo was his real name, he is one of the world's foremost detectives. And he's only in high school. His sharp analytical mind allows him to connect points faster than just about anyone else. The local law enforcement agencies frequently ask him for help.
Jack Sparrow in pirates of the Caribbean – As we all know, he is the captain of the famous black pearl, and for me he is a good critical thinker because, he was a unique captain that plans and does think that you cannot expect that can lead their crew to any victory. As the most famous captain of the pirate ship, many traders, officials are trying to kill him, but yet he was able to run from it and in some cases finishes the problem.

In the movie, she knew that the guy that Brooke had allegedly been having an affair with was gay, because he knew that her Prada shoes that she wore were the last season. So, she told her professor that the guy was gay and it was proved n the court that his testimony about having an affair with Brooke was a lie. Next, she asked the stepdaughter of Brooke what was she doing when her father died, she said, she was taking a shower after getting her perm that day. Elle told her a story about her friend who got also got a permed hair, she said that washing her hair within 24 hours would activate the chemical and her curly hair would still intact. After that, Brooke’s stepdaughter revealed that she didn’t mean to shoot his father because she thought he was Brook, so she was arrested.
Evelyn Salt – She is a CIA officer. When a Russian defector turns himself in to CIA, Salt is assigned to interrogate him. Salt goes on the run, using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative to elude capture. Evelyn, denying all accusations, decides instead to make a run for it, she states all in an effort to save her husband, German arachnologist Mike Krause, who she believes has been targeted as part of the Russian plot against her. Ted Winter, her CIA colleague, is the only person seemingly who believes she is innocent of the accusations. Salt's efforts to prove her innocence only serve to cast doubt on her motives, as the hunt to uncover the truth behind her identity continues.
Achille ( Troy) - Achilles showed off this attitude many a times in the movie Troy. When Agamemnon and Achilles have a face to face altercation, Agamemnon decides to take Briseis away from Achilles and make her his own prize. This clearly shows off Achilles attitude because shortly after, he refuses to fight for the Greeks, thinking that without him they will surly suffer a great deal. Not only this, but going into the battle against Price Hector, Achilles was confident without a doubt the he would be the winner. He didn’t even expect to get injured one tiny bit. Later in the movie, knowing that Prince Hector is Briseis’s cousin, Achilles apologizes for slaying him, showing how he cares for her feelings as a person. When Priam comes to get the body of Prince Hector, Achilles agrees to let him take the boy’s body home and have a funeral, would someone who is not sympathetic do this, probably not.

Wonder means man made attraction like the seven wonders of the ancient world. At means that someone is thinking about something and tries to understand or guess more of it. During the activity fair, Barden Bellas co-leaders Chloe and Aubrey unsuccessfully try to recruit Beca to join. Chloe manages to convince Beca to audition by walking into Beca's shower while naked.

The country of Florin is his playground, and Buttercup his disposable doll of a wife. Professor Callahan is a middle-aged professor at Harvard Law School. He teaches Elle, Emmett, Vivienne, Warner, etc. There is a murder case that Callahan has and needs help on, so he picks Elle, Emmett, Vivienne and Warner as his interns on the case. Callahan picks Elle because he thinks that she is pretty, and hits on her later in the movie. Callahan ends up being fired by a suspect of the murder case as her lawyer and losing the case.

The first character I chose is Leonardo DiCaprio in the film Titanic, where he played the role of Jack Dawson a a homeless, poor man from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin who has toured numerous places in the world, primarily Paris. He wins two tickets onto the RMS Titanic in a poker game and travels as a third-class passenger with his friend Fabrizio. He is attracted to Rose at first sight and meets her when she attempts to throw herself off the stern of the ship. I believed the way he portrayed the character of Jack, it was so believable. I had no doubt about his skills on acting and performing. He act so natural, every emotion was thrown out. He deserved an Oscars award for this film but sadly he didn’t get any. He showed the characteristic of being a critical thinker by proving the people that he didn’t stole Rose’s necklace and by saving the love of his life even if it means to sacrifice.
The second character I chose is Adam Sandler in Click, where he played the role of an overworked architect who neglects his family Michael Newman and when he acquired a universal remote that enables him to "fast forward" through unpleasant or outright dull parts of his life, he soon learns that those seemingly bad bits contained vital parts of life's lessons. I cried tons of tears watching this film because it was very heart touching, having to see a comedic actor do some hard drama. He is surely my favorite actor for all time, he never fails to amuse me. He showed the characteristic of being a critical thinker by how he unchanged his wrong doings by replacing it with good.
And lastly I choose Jennifer Lawrence in The Hunger Games, where she played the role of Katniss Everdeen. Katniss and her family come from District 12, a coal-mining district that is the poorest and least populated district in the dystopian fictional autocratic nation of Panem. In the course of the first book, The Hunger Games, Katniss volunteers to replace her sister, Primrose "Prim" Everdeen, after she is chosen to compete in the Hunger Games, a televised fight to the death. That night, Achilles talks to Briseis about the gods and taunts her about becoming a priestess and that her love for Apollo will be a one-sided romance. She asks why he decided to become a great warrior but he says he was born into it. As he sleeps Briseis attempts to cut Achilles' throat but realizes she loves him and the two make love together.

The scene that the antagonist shows his skills in reasoning is when he get into the court and accused a murder to the true criminal by the prosecution due to the record and motive of doing such things as a revenge for his family and the argument start by defending his self to the court and speak for his defense that there is no cognitive evidences for the speculation and it is unconstitutional based on the reference in law and the judge find him right and he should be free from bill, but he cut the situation and instead he admit the crime to make the judge realize and think of his case before when his family has been killed and the criminal is been free just because of lack of evidences and asking the judge of what justice is. It is part of his plan to get into jail to kill more people.
The antagonist shows his skills in reasoning to judge as he defend his premises that it is easy to proof that you are innocent but the conclusion of the essence of justice to have a fair judgment, and the characteristics of effectively interpret, analyze and evaluate arguments also can think clearly, logically and intelligently and the judge find him right because of this characteristics.
2.) Mr Tolson of The great debaters - It is a debate team and Mr Washington is a taskmaster who demands the highest standards from his debate team. The debates themselves have one peculiarity: The Wiley team somehow draws the "good" side of every question. Since debaters are supposed to defend whatever position they draw, it might have been intriguing to see them defend something they disbelieve, even despise. Still, I suppose I understand why that isn't done here, it would have interrupted the flow. And the flow becomes a mighty flood in a powerful and impassioned story.
For me this only shows all the skills and characteristics of a good critical thinker because before you can classified a great debater you should have all the skills and characteristics especially to Mr Washington that always seek prefect and excellence standard in debating.
