Psychology and Labor Negotiations

Negotiating a good, albeit either comfortable or luxurious working conditions such as high salary, desirable benefits package and a more than suitable working environment (such as having a gym and well stocked pantry in the office) requires a great skill.

Among the tools that can help a negotiator aside from knowledge of the state's policies and financial conditions is understanding how your employer thinks.

Your tasks in this activity as students of Labor Negotiations are:

1) Post on the comment area your notes on the film viewing.

2) How the lessons learned from the film can help you in negotiating for a labor union.

Cost of Living

This has been a long delayed posting.  Just like employer's actions when it comes to salary increase haha.

Anyway...

Students of Labor Law, you are tasked to post your budget computation for your cost of living given the current conditions if you're already employed by now.

P.s.  Since the posting was again delayed for the nth time, I have a surprise for you next meeting.
