TumugonBurahin1. Post classical . The Postclassical Era refers to the medieval global outline and historical period of time that immediately followed ancient history. Depending on the continent, the era generally falls between the years AD 200-600 and AD 1200–1500. The major classical civilizations the era follows are the Persian Sasanian Empire the Western Roman Empire and Gupta India . The Postclassical era itself was followed by the Early Modern Era, and forms the middle period in a three-period division of world history: Ancient, Medieval, and Modern. The era is thought to be characterized by invasions from Central Asia, the development of the great world religions (Christianity, Islam, and Buddhism), and of networks of trade and military contact between civilizations.
2. Analysis- is the process of breaking a complex topic or substance into smaller parts to gain a better understanding of it. The technique has been applied in the study of mathematics and logic since before Aristotle 384–322 B.C, though analysis as a formal concept is a relatively recent development.

Evaluation - is a systematic determination of a subject's merit, worth and significance, using criteria governed by a set of standards. It can assist an organization, program, project or any other intervention or initiative to assess any aim, realisable concept/proposal, or any alternative, to help in decision-making; or to ascertain the degree of achievement or value in regard to the aim and objectives and results of any such action that has been completed. The primary purpose of evaluation, in addition to gaining insight into prior or existing initiatives, is to enable reflection and assist in the identification of future change.
Synthesis - refers to a combination of two or more entities that together form something new; alternately, it refers to the creating of something by artificial means.

TumugonBurahin*pre classical is the one that doesn’t belong in the group.
-Prescientific era : it is the period before the application of scientific method.
-Classical era: it consist of the theories of Frederick Taylor, Henry Fayol, Max weber, Maryparker Follet and Chester Barnard.
-Neoclassical era: The focus of this era was on government, ethics, and science.
-Modern era: in this period everything changed , many things developed as time passed, technology, science, even the way people think.
2. Comprehension , Application , Analysis, Synthesis and Evaluation.
-for me comprehension is the highest because, you understand the meaning, translation, interpolation, and interpretation of instructions and problems. Next is the application because it applies what a person learned in the classroom. Next is the analysis because it only distinguishes facts and interference. Then synthesis because it puts parts together to form a whole to create a new meaning. Then the lowest is the Evaluation because you only make judgments about the value of ideas.
3. I will first ask all the members that are putting their effort in the group, if they still want to be in the same group with the irresponsible people, if they answer no, I will talk to our professor and I will explain to him/her about the situation in our group.

3.I would tell them that i’m willing to be their leader because it it now or never. And our group will not function without a leader and things will be alright if i believe that i can manage my group. I would prefer the Administrative School. Because it tells how the management or an organization functions. And it has five functions that i can apply in my group. First is planning that involves selecting of goals, then, organizing, which includemaking necessary arrangements. Next, commanding, as a leader i have the authority to give their tasks, and coordinating, in that we can work as a group just like team building. Lasly is controlling, means to facilitate my group’s performance; and i think that school of thought will help my group to solve our problem.

TumugonBurahin1.) Pre Scientific Era is not belong in the group.
TumugonBurahinPre-Scientific Era
The Classical Era
The Neo-Classical Era
The Modern Era
Pre Scientific Era: the characteristics of a period before the rise of modern science or a state prior to the application of the scientific method.
Classical Era: The Classic Era is referred to both as "The Age of Reason" and "The Age of Revolution." On one hand, it was a vital period of scientific discovery, learning, and philosophical "Enlightenment"
Neo Classical Era: After the Renaissance a period of exploration and expansiveness came a reaction in the direction of order and restraint.
Modern: In contrast to the pre-modern era, Western civilization made a gradual transition from premodernity to modernity when scientific methods were developed which led many to believe that the use of science would lead to all knowledge, thus throwing back the shroud of myth under which pre-modern peoples lived. New information about the world was discovered via empirical observation, the historic use of reason and innate knowledge.
2.)Application, Analysis, Comprehension, , Synthesis, Evaluation.
The highest should be Application because Apply knowledge to actual situations. The next is Analysis because Break down objects or ideas into simpler parts and find evidence to support generalizations.
The third one is Comprehension because demonstrate an understanding of the facts. The 4th one is Synthesis because Compile component ideas into a new whole or propose alternative solutions. And the lowest should be Evaluation because Make and defend judgments based on internal evidence or external criteria.
3.) When the work environment promotes initiative, employees feel empowered to be creative rather than rigidly adhering to guidelines that may not provide the best solution. I should recognize risk-takers for their ideas, and give them verbal credit when their suggestions are implemented. Seeing their ideas in practice gives employees a feeling of pride and accomplishment, and that’s the best reward of all.

1. PRE-SCIENTIFIC , CLASSICAL , NEO-CLASSICAL and MODERN ERA
Pre-scientific Era = The Beginning of Management
Classical Era = Changing uses of work Management
Post-Classical Era = Dimensions of human interactions
Modern Era = New Generation of Technology
Based on my understandings pre-Classical Era should not be included in the group because pre-classical era is also the pre-scientific era which is the beginning of the historical behavior of an organization.
2. From Highest to Lowest
Evaluation , Synthesis , Analysis , Application , Comprehension , Knowledge
I have chosen knowledge as the lowest because before you emphasize things you must first have knowledge for you to able to know the basic words that you'll be needing in order for you to conclude with an idea. while , for the highest i have chosen evaluation for the reason that , aside from its the last or the final thing that you'll have to do, it includes describing the purpose and assessing the outcome of an idea.
3. I will be using the Behavioral Science School of Neo-Classical Era
First, knowing the strengths and weaknesses can help us know each other well. with this, we can be more comfortable working with one another. after having a conversation with everyone in the group i can now easily identify what task will fit each one of them. Honestly, distributing tasks are very hard not because you'll have to find a way on how to distribute the task equally but rather giving the easy/hard task to whom? Some might be jealous and some might get angry with you but anyways it will still all depend on the tasks given by the professor. after the leadership and decision making we can now move forward to group dynamics for us to succeed.

TumugonBurahin1. Classical, Post-classical, Pre-Scientific and Modern are the four periods of HBO history. Pre-classical should not belong to the group.
Classical: People and organizations act in accordance with relational economic principles.
Post-classical:Post-classical is synonymous with the medieval time or Middle Ages, the period of history from around the 5th century to the 15th century.
In Europe, the fall of the Western Roman Empire saw the depopulation, deurbanization, and limited learning of the "Dark Ages".

Does not belong: Pre-Classical

-Classical period: Scientific approach on management, increasing productivity.
-Neo-Classical period: Focus on human behaviour.
-Modern period: Systematic approach, use of modern tools.
2. Sequence (lowest to highest): Comprehension, Application, Analysis, Synthesis, and Evaluation.
-Comprehension: Understanding
-Application: Execution of concept
-Analysis: Interpretation and assessment
-Synthesis: Summation of the first three, building a new refined form.
-Evaluation: Weighing, criticize, contradict, judge, and conclude.
Lowest: Comprehension, it simply understands things.
Highest: Evaluation, being able to evaluation even in simplest form will require the other four skills first, therefore making it the highest among those five.
3. If I still have the interest to do it with them, I will continue to do my job inclined to the group’s goal. I will consistently inform those members on what our goal is, in details of: how, when, where, what so ever. Gaining their trust and effectively functioning, I will take initiative to stand as a leader that will see failure as my own fault. I should never give-up on it, and on my members, for we will not accomplish work. Valuing human over their short-comings/weaknesses should solve the organizational problem. Free-load members are usually the ones who are neither knowledgeable nor skilled. Making them feel valued and acknowledge will make them get attached into each other thus teamwork is formed.
